  • What are your fees?

    We keep pricing simple, so there are no surprises. You pay a competitive monthly fee and a fee when we lease a property. That’s it. No start-up fees. No hidden fees. No cancellation fees—ever.

  • What should my property rent for?

    We visit your property in person and complete a careful analysis of your competitors to set a rent, we also re-evaluate rents each year to make sure your rate keeps up with the current market.

  • How are you different from other companies?

    Many property owners come to us frustrated with a lack of communication or companies that do the bare minimum. With us, you get a truly personal, high-touch experience. We not only take care of the daily issues that cause you stress. We also partner with you to move your investment forward.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We’re a leading property management company in the Inland Empire area of California. We also serve the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Greater Palm Springs areas.

  • How do you find good tenants?

    Many property owners struggle to find and keep good tenants. We use a scoring system with a total of six categories and qualifications to determine the tenant's eligibility. If there is a problem with a tenant, we have the years of experience needed to address it professionally and consistently.

  • How do I know what's going on at my property?

    We sit down with you, talk with you, and advise you from the very beginning. That way, you know the plan. Then, we consistently communicate about your investment. We also offer an easy-to-use digital dashboard to keep you connected. You’ll always know where your property stands.
